Position Overview
We are seeking a strong iOS Engineer to serve as a foundational member of the mobile product team. This is a highly important hands-on role where you will work closely with a senior engineering group to architect and build a secure, high-performance native iOS application from the ground up.
The role involves significant technical complexity, as the platform supports real-world money movement and financial activity at scale. You will be responsible for building and refining the mobile client experience, helping ensure the application meets a high bar for reliability, security, and usability. As the company expands its mobile footprint across Android and web, this role may also grow into broader cross-platform mobile leadership over time.

Technical Skills

Native iOS Development: Deep experience building and shipping consumer-facing iOS applications natively in Swift.

Mobile Architecture: Strong command of scalable app architecture, software design, and modern iOS development patterns.

Fintech Domain Knowledge: Experience working at banking, credit card, crypto, remittance, lending, or payments-focused startups.

Financial Systems Understanding: Familiarity with anti-fraud, AML, ledgering, payments orchestration, or related regulated financial workflows.

5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing native iOS applications in Swift.

Experience working at banking, payments, crypto, remittance, lending, or similar fintech startups.

Experience dealing with anti-fraud, AML, ledgering, payments orchestration, or related financial product complexity.

Strong software design and mobile architecture fundamentals.

Good product instincts and attention to design quality.

Full-stack engineering capability is a plus.

Experience building products for Latin American markets is a plus.

Candidates must provide a GitHub profile for consideration.

Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
