Position Overview

This is an opportunity to become one of the first engineers dedicated to AI products within a high-growth software company. You will work closely with customers, product, engineering, and business teams to design, build, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows that solve real customer problems. This role combines product thinking, full-stack engineering, and technical leadership.

Role Priorities

• Build and ship production, customer-facing AI products.

• Partner directly with customers to understand workflows and iterate quickly.

• Own technical decisions for AI features from architecture through deployment.

• Help establish engineering standards, AI tooling, evaluations, and best practices.

• Build products from 0 to 1 while helping shape engineering culture.

• Design, build, and launch AI-powered product features.

• Work across the full stack to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Collaborate with customers to validate ideas and improve products.

• Lead technical decisions for AI architecture and implementation.

• Continuously evaluate, refine, and improve production AI systems.

 

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.

• Experience building and shipping production, user-facing LLM applications.

• Demonstrated ownership of AI product architecture and technical decisions.

• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong React, Next.js, TypeScript, backend API, and database experience.

• Experience iterating AI products using evaluations, prompt engineering, testing, and CI/CD.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
