About Our Client
Our client is a profitable, direct-to-consumer electronics brand with over five million customers and a growing catalog of audio and AI-enabled hardware products. The company operates as a lean, fast-moving team where decisions are made quickly and individual contributors have real ownership over the products they help build. The team is expanding its product function and looking for someone who can grow with the business as it moves into new categories.

Position Overview
This is an early-career opportunity for a hands-on product professional who wants meaningful ownership of physical consumer products from day one. You'll support the development and launch of consumer hardware and electronics, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, manufacturing, and operations to move products from concept through customer delivery.
This role is built for someone who has worked on physical products — not digital-only — and can point to something they personally helped ship. You'll operate in a lean environment where taking initiative and rolling up your sleeves is expected.

Key Skills
-
Consumer hardware / electronics product experience
-
Hands-on involvement across the product development lifecycle
-
Experience with electronic components
-
Cross-functional coordination with engineering, design, and manufacturing
-
Consumer product instincts and customer awareness

Role Priorities
-
Support the development and launch of consumer hardware and electronics products.
-
Take hands-on ownership of product initiatives from concept through production.
-
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, manufacturing, and operations partners.
-
Evaluate product opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
-
Coordinate development timelines and ensure milestones are met through launch.
-
Troubleshoot product challenges and contribute to decisions on features, quality, and customer experience.

Who Thrives in This Role
-
You've worked on a physical product that made it into customers' hands. You can walk through what it took to get there — who you worked with, what you owned, and what problems you solved along the way.
-
You come from a hardware or electronics background. Consumer electronics, audio, wearables, or connected devices — you understand what it takes to bring a physical product to market, not just a software feature.
-
You want ownership, not coordination. You're looking for a role where you take something and run with it — not one where you route tasks between teams.
-
You thrive in lean, fast-moving environments. You work well with limited resources and aren't waiting for a playbook to tell you what to do.
-
You're hungry and early in your career. You're looking for the opportunity to prove yourself, not one that hands everything to you.

Key Responsibilities
-
Support and drive the development and launch of consumer electronics products.
-
Own product initiatives across key stages of the product lifecycle.
-
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, manufacturing, and external partners.

-

Qualifications
-
1–2 years of product experience; exceptional new graduates with strong relevant experience may be considered.
-
Demonstrated experience with physical products containing electronic components.
-
Has personally contributed to shipping a product to customers.
-
Background in consumer electronics, audio, hardware, wearables, or connected devices strongly preferred.
-
Strong cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).

What's Offered

Competitive salary and equity.

Comprehensive benefits package.
